Refund policy

We only provide an exchange in case of damage/ defect. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 24 hours of the delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item by sharing a video of the product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item should be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Upon successful inspection of the item, we will create a return pickup and inform you to keep the item ready and we will ship the new item in 48 hours.
